GSM is joining all of Grace Polaris Church as we embark on Mission: Possible // Life Protocol together.
We will all be exploring the following themes together in our student ministries as well as during our Sunday AM worship services:
• Ultimate passion in life (what am I made for?)
• Participation in genuine relationships (who can I live with?)
• Preparation for transforming service (what can I contribute?) and
• Presentation of something great (with whom can I share this?!)

SPREAD THE WORD!!

Celebrate your independence by freeing yourself as youplay the most epic game of kickball you’ve ever experienced. On Wednesday night, July 4th we’ll be slipping, sliding and kicking a ball all evening long with the Operation Barnabas team on the south fields at the Worship Center. Bring your friends, bring your neighbors, bring that random person you passed on the way to play kickball, but don’t bring your cat.
See you there…it’ll be wet, for sure.
This Sunday evening, instead of meeting at a home, we are encouraging students to take part in our church wide communion at 6 p.m. in the FC Gym.
Jesus initiated the communion celebration near the end of His time on earth. In doing so he took aspects of the ancient Passover remembrance and gave them new meaning. The new celebration centered on His own sacrifice, first experienced by the 12 disciples. Now we reaffirm our gratitude to Jesus and commitment to His family through an evening with multiple elements and much symbolism. All believers are welcome to join in as we reflect and celebrate God’s work on our behalf. Please bring finger foods to share in this meal-centered gathering. Feel free to simply observe if you wish.
The next Sunday, July 1, we will be meeting at the Woller household at 6 p.m. Their address is 608 E. College Avenue, Westerville. There is limited parking at their house so are asking students to park at the Westerville Christian Church parking lot down the street. They also have a pool so bring your suits and towels!
This Wednesday middle school and high school events will be separated by gender. A Girls/Guys Night Out if you will. Guys will meet in the gym for games and a panel and girls will meet in the band room for a night of beauty and fun.
*NOTE TO ALL GIRLS – It would be helpful to us if you were able to bring a washcloth!
